Paul Perez

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTS
Our Project Superintendents have completed various new projects and remodels including medical facilities, government defense, retail construction, residential multi-family housing, and schools. They manage all aspects of job site responsibilities from subcontract negotiations to project scheduling. They manage crews in general construction including site, site utilities, concrete, building erection, and safety in plant environment. They coordinate schedules to facilitate client occupancy. Each Superintendent, on average, has experience of over 30 years in the construction industry. Each has thorough knowledge in carpentry through "hands-on" training. Many of our Superintendents are members of the Local 665 Carpenter's Union and have a Journeyman Carpenter Classification. Each Superintendent has CPR/First Aid Training and are certified by the American Red Cross.
